Mobile App for Your Customers

The Front Flip mobile app for iPhone and Android gives your customers a fun and easy way to connect with your business. They can:

Browse Front Flip businesses nearby to find your location and see what you're all about
Scan the Flip Code at your location
Win instant prizes while in-store, such as a free product or a nice discount
Receive digital gifts from your business when they are away from your location
Share those gifts with a friend to spread the word about your business

Flip Code That Brings You Together

The Flip Code is a unique QR code for your business location. You display it to your customers using counter signs, server cards, posters, banners and other in-store materials, provided to you by Front Flip.

Customers scan the Flip Code using Front Flip's mobile app for the chance to win a prize or redeem a gift from your business. It's sort of like a "digital handshake" between you and the customer.

Every scan is captured for you in the Business Portal, allowing you to track in-store activity and reach out to your customers later.

Digital Scratchcard

The Digital Scratchcard offers a fun, memorable way to connect with your customers in-store. When they scan the Flip Code at your location, they'll unlock a Digital Scratchcard on their phone, which looks and works just like a goodold-fashioned lottery ticket.

Customers "scratch" by rubbing the screen with their finger to see if they've won an instant prize from your business. If they win, they have 30 minutes to redeem the prize before it disappears from their phone.

You maintain complete control of your prizes and probabilities, allowing you to give your customers a "wow" experience while still preserving your margins. You can adjust your prizes at any time through the Front Flip Business Portal.

Digital Gifts

Using the Front Flip Business Portal, you can send digital gifts to your customers' phones. These gifts can be anything—a free meal, a spa service, a nice discount—whatever makes sense for your business.

Digital gifts display for customers in the Front Flip mobile app, and they can be redeemed at your location within 30 days. You can also allow customers to share gifts with friends in order to grow your customer base.
