Front Flip provides a mobile feedback channel that allows you to track, analyze and protect your customer experience. Customers submit feedback through the Front Flip mobile app, and it's captured for you privately in the online Command Center. From there, you can respond directly to customers to thank them for positive responses or to remediate issues.

Question Library

Your online Command Center comes equipped with pre-built questions applicable to service-based businesses (restaurant, retail, etc.). Questions include (but are not limited to):

  • "How satisfied were you with your visit today?"
  • "How likely are you to visit us again in the next month?"
  • "Did any members of our staff greet you with a smile today?"
  • "How likely are you to recommend this location to friends and family?"

You can also add your own questions and make them specific to individual locations or groups of locations if you choose. This allows you to tailor surveys to your audience and gather feedback that is most important to your business.


Feedback Management

No more sifting through spreadsheets of customer feedback. Now you can analyze and act on results in real-time.

In the online Command Center, you can monitor feedback by individual customers and by location. Front Flip also provides detailed reporting on each question, including average score and responses by customer age, gender and time of visit.
